Hello again! It has been a few weeks since we posted, the world of 3691 Robotics has been crazy with the build season, semester finals, etc! We are pleased to announce that the build season is going smoothly. On February 7, we will officially be ending our prototyping portion of the season. We will analyze the progress of the three subgroups, and decide on what strategies and ideas we want to pursue. This includes any designs and robot choices (such as what type of wheels). We will begin polishing our final robot and will create a "shadow robot" clone of our final to practice with while our main one sits in the bag until April.
If you would like to follow our updates and progress more in depth, check out our Twitter: @Roboraiders3691 or our Facebook: Northfield Robotics. We post there more often than here.
Again, we essentially meet every day now, but our next major meeting is Thursday, February 2nd. Hope to see you there!

January 7-8, 2017 -- KICKOFF WEEKEND!
An exciting first day of the season for Team 3691. After learning the game and receiving the kit of parts, we split into our subgroups and got right to work.
Because we now meet every day, our posts may be weekly or every few days.
WOW! We learned today that the Safety Animation created by Christian, Jackson and Logan received FIRST PLACE! Our team will receive a trophy at the competition in April and our video will be played at every FRC competition across the country this year! Great job guys!

We may meet Friday night, January 6 for a movie, stay posted for that.
Otherwise, we meet at 9:15 am on Saturday, January 7th for kickoff!
